When you are poor , the last thing you have
to do is to buy cheap tools ..This will cost
you ten times more then , repairing and
fixing , instead of making an effort and get
a real quality tool from the beginning..This
rolling mill was broken three times in 5
years , and everytime in important
moments...I can not make sheet from ingots
and the other rolling mill is too delicate
for just casted ingots... Another time and
money loosing, days of waiting ...Bills are
not waiting ...
